Day 04- A habit that you wish you didn’t have
Not Sleeping.
I rarely sleep for more than 3 or 4 hours during the night. If I go to bed before 11, I usually wake up around 2. If I go to bed at 12, I wake up at 3. See the pattern? It would be nice to have a week where I got 6 hours of sleep a night. I randomly get a day or two with sleep, but it’s usually on the weekend.
